Flammable liquids, compressed gases, live animals, cash, and illegal goods cannot be carried. Batteries and electronics are accepted with proper packaging and a declaration form at drop-off.
We charge the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight = length × width × height (cm) ÷ 6,000. Light but bulky items are billed by volume.
Every shipment carries basic liability coverage up to 10× the shipping cost. For valuable goods, add full insurance at 0.2% of the declared value when you book or drop off.
Our courier attempts delivery up to three times on consecutive days. After the third attempt, the package is held at the nearest J&T Cargo point for 7 days for self-pickup before being returned to sender.
